Hedgerow overhanging public footpath

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4813174.

The garden of 35 Valentine Road is growing over the footpath of St Swithins Road the trees are hanging down that much that they are dangerous to your eyes also the bushes have grown out so much it’s pushing you on to the grass verge. A lot of the bushes are quite thorny
