I reported 2 issues with 2 bollards in the Sam location Council Ref: ENQ23968749. The bollard on the right in the photo has been replaced but the front bollard facing the main road remains smashed and broken. I cannot understand why this one was not fixed at the same time! Please replace the smashed bollard.
