  • The identified problem is a long-standing issue outside of Bromley Council's direct control. Our Energy Manager continues to chase with EDF for a resolution and while we do not have details of timeframe for these works, it will remain on our list of requested tasks to be closely monitored until completion. As we do not use FMS to manage and monitor long-term issues this report will be closed but the issue remains monitored and outstanding on our internal systems.
