Overgrown grass and hedges

The grounds of the studio flats haven’t been cut for months. The overgrown hedges are forcing pedestrians to walk out onto the road. The bend in the road is now completely blind for road users. Rats are a common sight running in and out of the long grass. The studio residents pay a service fee for this work to be done and for the grounds to be maintained. It’s a health and safety risk and an eyesore.
