Encroachment on pavement
Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4804684.
There's at least one flagstone been encroached by soil moving from the slope. This is one of the main routes to/from Broadgreen Station. As I write this a mother is walking a young child on this narrow pavement while cars pass on the bend. There is also a bus stop on the same stretch of pavement.
