Waste bin at the village hall has no bottom to it

Reported via iOS in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 15:17, Sunday 16 July 2023

Sent to Folkestone and Hythe District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4792112.

There is a waste bin outside the village hall which doesn’t have a bottom to it . The village has at least 250 extra homes at present and still getting bigger . The amount of rubbish is far to much for this bin . the past two day the rubbish has been all over the pavement the village hall entrance and on the A20.I have cleared this up twice . There were numerous bags of dog poo all over the pavement which is a health risk to children on the way to school . It is no longer adequate for the amount of people using it .could we please have a new bin
