2 large sunken tarma holes

Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4791244.

These holes have been here well over a year and getting worse. The tarmac is almost non existent and the ground beneath has sunken. Most of Faversham Avenue has almost no tarmac atall.
