Plant has consumed the pavement

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4788526.

The owner of this house has allowed for their plant/bush to take over the pavement to the point where you can’t use the pavement so you are forced to walk in the road. Very dangerous specially when you have a baby in a stroller.

This needs to be trimmed back or cut down asap.
