There either needs to be a yellow box a keep clear sign (on the road) or the traffic light timing signal needs changing at the junction of Walton Breck Road (A5089) and Walton Lane (A580). Cars travelling along Walton Lane are blocking the junction when coming from Walton Breck Road so cars cannot get across. It's difficult to get through the junction onto Royal Street or by turning left as people are going through the red light and completely blocking the junction. The worst time is rush hour especially of a morning. The traffic lights can change a number of times before getting through them. I also see other vehicles using the wrong side of the road which is dangerous.
