See title! Ignorant moped driver parking on pavement outside Butchers on Lancaster Rd and Acacia rd and owner of van on Acacia Rd repeatedly parking his van on double yellow lines.

    This the daily routine from two brothers motorcycles. This is quite tame with only one moped illegally parked. Usually it’s much more. The rules just don’t apply to them.
