Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4785217.

Absolutely horrendous smell at the path here from the flats. Stinks of dog piss and shit. They're throwing the stuff they're using to clean their gardens with and throwing it onto the path as well. It's horrible.
