I have had yellow barriers outside my property for at least 6 weeks marking several slabs that are broken and sprayed with white paint. Can you fix that ASAP and remove the yellow barriers!

The barriers have been placed at this location for safety purposes and they will remain in-situ while LBB considers the possibility of enforcement action in this instance. The repairs have not been carried out due to the possibility of repeat damage, given the close proximity of nearby home improvement works.

The pavement damage is outside 68 Hayes Chase not 70. Does this mean you will not do anything until the building works at 70 have finished as this could take another year! It needs repairing now as it's a hazard to pedestrians.

LBB is aware of the precise location of the damage. As previously advised, the barriers are present in order to make safe and highlight the hazard to pedestrians. LBB has raised works to repair the damage to the footway here, which will be carried out in due course.
