Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4783986.

As Westbury Pl N is a cul de sac, the end is used to turn around, however most days, there is a car there, parked on the turning section blocking local residents, and delivery vans from turning around. LCC should enforce regular checkups about this.
