Many bags of rubbish left open on street

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4782311.

Many bags of black bag rubbish have been left on the pavement in Boverton street. These are outside numbers 25 and 29 (approximately). They have been opened by the seagulls and litter is circulating the streets. Residents are picking up some of the litter.
