Dead branch has fallen off of tree by Milham House - there's concern about health of the tree - Milham House, Dunkerton

There's concern that the branch when there wasn't much wind. Please could someone take a look at the health of the tree? The branch/debris isn't blocking a pathway or road, but there's concern that if the rest of the tree is unhealthy, it's quite a tall tree and any branches falling could cause fair amount of damage or risk to safety and obstruction. Residents can probably deal with fallen bits themselves, but there's concern over the future of the tree.
