4 Black bin bags of household rubbish have turned up on our road. All have been left on the pavement against our front garden walls is if each house has put it out for collection. The bag placed outside my house does have a wage slip and a letter which may fit the same persons initial. The wage slip is for a Ms L Valentine, 16 Rainow Way,Wilmslow Cheshire, SK9 2PT. The envelope is addressed to a Lauren. My next door neighbour has 2 bags left outside and the dental practise up the road has another bag. can you help
