Car parked on t-junction on school bus route. Totally blocking the pavement and pedestrians, pushchairs or wheelchairs cannot pass. Parking at this junction happens regularly. Causes issues with vehicles turning onto or off the roads. Very dangerous. Meadowlands Drive to Camellia Avenue. Should put double yellow lines.
