Overgrown shrubs, weeds & nettles obstructing footpath

The shrubs and general vegetation, including nettles, have now grown so as to almost completely obstruct the footpath. It is dangerous for all pedestrians including children in buggies and wheelchair users. It is extremely dangerous to walk in the road here due to it being very narrow and heavily used
