Can you please lease with john.dovey@volkerhighways.co.uk about the new streetlamp for 62 Oxford Road OX4 4PE, because a fully effective and properly fitted LIGH BAFFLE needs to be attached to the lamp (because the lamp is directly outside and extremely close to my bedroom window). I cannot agree to clear the vegetation until this is clarified.

The current light baffle is totally ineffective and needs to be refitted and adjusted properly. My two neighbours (with sides) are equally concerned. There is a street lighting replacement scheme in progress. If this work is not imminent within the next month then the current baffle needs to be properly adjusted. If the work is imminent (the tree has now been cut back) an LED lantern with DEEP REAR SHIELD needs to be fitted, as I was advised by your man Dean. I expect your response.
