Poorly maintained Test Way Footpath

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4776743.

Path completely overgrown with nettles and brambles. Path surface disintegrated and on a steep angle. All paths, stiles and fences from here for about 1 to 1.5Km unkempt. Rusty barbed wire in dangerous positions, fallen tree boughs, unstable stiles. Complete overhaul would be appreciated, especially as this is a trail that is contributing to economic development.
