Overgrown vegetation and large abandoned flower bed

Reported via mobile in the Rights of way category anonymously at 20:03, Tue 11 July 2023

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4776354.

Many many years ago this footpath used to have plants growing in this mudded area in the middle of the path. For the past 15years or more it's been muddy trip hazard. I fell off my bike just a couple weeks ago when my bike wheel slipped off the edge stone. The overgrown vegiation on the left makes one side impassable, meaning people are limited to a very narrow walkway on the right or through the muddy patch which is a slight step down from the main path. Please fix this. It's unsafe and an eyesore.
