Graffiti

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council 12 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 477559.

Several bridges between Hertford and the A120 have hideous graffiti on their bases where they overhang the roadside verge. Noticed the problem driving from my home in WGC to Felsted today
