Cars parked on Solid White limes

Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4775211.

Cars park for long periods of time along Station Road, Llanwern, outside my property where there is a clear solid white line.according to the highway agency this is illegal and it also obstruct the view of our vehicles when exiting our property from cars coming from the opposite direction, making it unsafe.
