Noisy and lose man hole cover

Sent to Fareham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4771247.

Now extremely dangerous and noisy. Sunken drain cover which is keeping 2 houses awake at night whenever a car goes over it. It's now extremely loose and is becoming dangerous. Only a matter of time until the lid falls in.

Advised it wasn't a council issue and I should report to water company. Unsatisfactory response from a no reply email address.
