Litter on footpath and in verge shrubbery

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4770959.

Footpath between Rathmore Rd and Solsbro Rd over railway bridge needs clearing of litter on the path and on verge shrubbery. This is unsightly and footpath is used by local residents and tourists to access beach, hotels and shops in Walnut Rd. Issue often present.
