Another trailer caravan is causing obstruction to pedestrians and road vehicles. The trailer is unlit and 'facing the wrong way' so that reflectors are not visible to oncoming vehicles. The vehicle registration plates have been removed to conceal ownership. Because there is no pedestrian footway pedestrians must walk out into the highway to pass. Visibility of pedestrians is further obscured by verge foliage on a busy, narrow road.
