The man came to repair the paving slab but within 2 hours of him having done it the slab was loose again the sand he put around it was blowing out in the wind and as you put a foot on the slab it is rocking again. It looks as if it was only levelled with sand and needs to actually be cemented into place. As this is the main access for all the flats but also the main entrance for all the deliveries to the co-op where heavy trollies are dragged across this slab.
