Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4769097.

Weston Crescent, first on right hand , has a very large driveway, but has left 2 big white cars parked permanently on the pavement for over a year blocking access for pedestrians, deliveries and emergency vehicles, when they also double park , irrespective, inconsiderate of other road / pavement users
