Council verge left to weeds

Reported via desktop in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 10:28, Mon 10 July 2023

Sent to Fareham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4768560.

The council removed a large hedge alongside the pavement in Downland Close but they have left the site to nature. They were supposed to return and remove the stumps of the hedge and landscape / plant -up the verge. Nothing has happened. The weeds have totally taken over and the stumps from the old hedge are re-growing! It is a total mess
