Temporary lights not working

Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4767919.

The temp lights do to appear to be working. I have sat in the traffic for 30 minutes which is backed up both ways and across to woodford as well as bramhall. Seems that people are just going across as they don’t think they are working. No one is on site and this work says it is finishing today or by today
