Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4766993.

Rubbish on embankments on both sides of the road. Fly tipping also. Stagnant water filthy gutters. A awful eyesore. Needs heavy cleaning tons of rubbish in all environments.
