Dirty water

There is dirty water starting outside number 19 and going all the way down to no 15. It is not rainwater and Severn Trent have been out and said it’s a highways issue. This water is very dirty and people are stepping in it and bringing it into my home. Please can this be looked at urgently. I have been complaining about this since last year.

  • Raised a complaint as had no response told I would get a response within 10 days but still no reply. Council are great when it comes to collecting taxes but useless when actually spending the money and fixing issues. I wonder where my council tax goes.

  • Useless council keep blaming Severn Trent who in turn blame the council. Both can’t talk to each other to resolve. Ridiculous
