This is emergency access to Kings Meadow for emergency service vehicles. Parking here may cost somebody's life! It is frequently blocked by thoughtless drivers.

Updates

According to the local council it is inconsiderate but not illegal to park here. There are no signs and no road marking because of to do such would require legal measures.
