The speed camera is constantly flashing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4763712.

Drove through here today and the speed camera at the traffic lights flashed us Borge times we passed although we were well under the speed limit. Now experiencing some angst and trepidation about receiving a ticket unjustly.

Updates

After research I believe this is a red light camera. This flashed us both times we went through on green light. Please get this fixed and provide an update on the issue asap.
