Faulty speed/traffic control camera

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4763337.

I drove past the traffic control/speed camera in both directions, and it was flashing continuously at all of the traffic, even when traffic was stopped or doing under the speed limit (for example I drove through it doing 20mph one was as I was pulling off after stopping at the red light and 25 mph in the other direction as I was approaching a traffic light that had been green a while)
