Flooding

From my original complaint, you completed the drain cleaning very quickly, for which we thank you. However, as you could see, the water overflowed the kerb, and ran down our drive, flooding our garage. This in our view is due to the Orbit development, where we hi lighted the lack of drainage, and a new drain was added to the front of our property and were told the water would flow down Hawthorn Road into Virginia crescent, but the junction road is higher than our drive, causing it to flood our property. I am sure, if the development had been completed correctly, we would be in a safer position, however facts have proven we were correct, and the overall situation needs to be corrected. I doubt Orbit will be interested (we had lots of problems with them during the development), one solution would be to lower the road along the roadside of the kerb, to the level of the road of 29 Hilcrest avenue, so the original plan for water disposal can be accomplished.
