Slippery pavement due to water leak

There has been a water leak in front of no 1 Oakwood Avenue, N14 6QH for several years which has been attended to but never really fixed. The leak is now worse than ever and algae is growing on the pavement making it slippery. Can you please advise the relevant professionals to deal with this. Many thanks.
