Metal cover loose on footpath

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4755610.

The metal cover (over the expansion gap?) seems to be loose and sounded like it was flying up as I cycled over it. They all need checking and ideally replacing as they have dangerous gaps along the edges that could cause trips or catch a bike wheel
