Another fine day in Partick, on or near Dumbarton Rd. Most of which commercial in origin. Far too many locations to report individually, please get out and check for yourself as I managed to do, unpaid.

Questions: 1) Why do businesses continue to ignore waste guidelines? 2) Why does no-one still not see the direct link between flytipping and those large street bins? 3) Why is no-one doing anything about this recurring city-wide problem?
