Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4752157.

Still no reply to complaint sent 19 August 2021 and again on 24 September 2021. Lastly on the 10 April 2022

Here are two very small Public Spaces Protection Order Notices. The one at the end of Guildford Road is so high up it cannot be read. The other along the pathway (by the side of Wadham Bridge) is now smeared with black paint. Can something be done about these useless signs which nobody takes any notice of even if they could be read.
