Noisy drain cover

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4751102.

The noisy drain cover on Bowerwood Road is still loose and noisy. A team came out to fix it during a heavy downpour of rain a couple of months ago. They set up traffic lights and tried to address the problem. However, because the drain cover was underwater the work was abandoned and the men drove away. Apart from the loose cover the drain itself is completely blocked with mud and water will pour out of the drain flooding the road as it can not drain away. The problem remains!
