Low hanging branches and root lifting pavement

The tree outside No 62 Stembridge has low hanging branches that hit the parked cars also the roots are lifting the pavement and the base around the tree us extremely uneven.

Any update as to when this is rectified. Paintwork on vehicles is being scratched due to the low branches.

I am sorry it is not possible to give an exact time frame for completion of the works given we are at the busiest time of the year for trees but the contractor will endeavour to carry out the works as soon as possible. Hi There Is there any update to this at all? The branches are not only hitting cars, but I have seen pedestrians walk into them as they are low hanging and above the pavement.
