Unfishned road

The road has been unfishned and caused damage to my tyre which has been since replaced. The bit near the path dips down on the turn. Not heard nothing about anyone fixing the road or putting tarmac down. I think it's time to sort the road out so it doesn't cause damage to people cars. My mum also tripped while walking across the road she also suffers from a replaced hip.
