Illegal parking in ‘residents only’ area

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4741558.

Parking vehicles continuously every day and night within ‘resident only’ parking area without the residential status and use of back garden to access/fix and wash vehicles to avoid paying for permit zone B on ‘Hazel Grove’ (where actually lived and address registered). Ongoing issue with following registration numbers: YA65BGV (Red Nissan Juke), EA09FEU (Silver Honda Accord).
