    Unable to contact owner of property to offer assistance if required in trimming hedge. The hedge has now ingressed across full width of public pavement restricting free movement along public footpath with wheelchair if required.

  • Good morning If the owner of property number 3 does not reside within the local area or country on permenant basis I can be contacted via yourself and the owner is agreeable I will trim the hedge on their behalf.
