Pelican Crossing near Tudor Road too noisy

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4737008.

I can hear the beeps of the pelican crossing loud enough inside my flat, I live near the bridge which is at least 100m or so away from the pelican crossing and its audible "inside" through the walls and windows.

It has also been malfunctioning with the beeps carrying on when the road lights are green, and potentially a stuck in pedestrian button as well, as its activating very frequently.

Please lower the volume of the beeps and investigate if its activating properly.
