Traffic lights at Fareham rd\wych one faulty

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4735125.

The traffic lights do not appear to be phasing correctly at lunchtimes. Always queuing traffic from Wych lane to fleetlands.
