Overgrown tress and other vegetation

This is the second report I have made with regard to this issue. I live at Hillside Fessey Road and my property borders the Woodford Road. We are are adjacent to the first property on the left hand side as you enter Woodford Road (Dolls Hill). I have yet again checked with the Parish Council who maintain their position that this is not their responsibility and is indeed yours as the landowner. The sycamore trees continue to be a serious nuisance to our property as is the ivy. Both need sorting as they continue to result in damage to our property with associated expense. There is is a minimum of what we can do within our legal authority unless you choose to confirm this is our land and not yours. Thank you.
