Passageway leading from willow avenue Bradwell to Lords lane Bradwell

The willow avenue end - someone keeps moving the weeds into the passageway meaning you can’t walk without tripping or catching yourself on the debris (I think the person is trying to clear his fence clear) but leaving all the cut debris in the passageway.. Also the trees are very overgrown there making it very dark and dingey .. needs tidying - for sure before Simone falls and hurts themselves …
