Two abandoned cars

Two cars have been abondoned on our street for months, one car has no tax and one car has no MOT. Both been left one for over a year and one for 2 months. It’s hard enough to park up our street, with out cars that shouldn’t even be on the road. One car is used as a shed to storage stuff in has 2 flat wheels. Even dvla was up our street and did nothing about the two cars on car is out side 43-45 old croxton road and the other on is outside 39 old croxton road IP241af
